Individual Plans

The Southwest/Peak Health team evaluates several insurance carriers to find the best fit for our community. For 2021, our carrier is Bright Health.

The fine print: These are only summaries of the full plans available and are subject to change without notice. Benefits may be subject to deductibles, co-pays, coinsurance, and other limitations. Please check your plan for full details. Visit for more.

Could You Get Coverage for Free? Yes!

  • If you sought unemployment benefits recently, you will not pay anything for your health insurance. However, you must shop only through Connect for Health, the state marketplace
  • If your job or income changed last year or this year, you may qualify for reduced premiums, EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE CURRENTLY.
  • Checking with Connect for Health is your first step to find out if you qualify for reduced or zero premiums.
